Where to start! My experience with Cynthia was beyond what I was expecting from a realtor. Cynthia took on cleaning and staging my condo. Also took on last minute repairs that made the world of difference. Everything was done with out assistance from me I was out of town. It was a last minute choice to list and it all came together promptly. She made the whole experience smooth and was available every step of the way to answer my questions and reassure me. With all the hard work she put in that was over and above my expectations, we got over asking! I felt she took my one bedroom condo and treated it with the million dollar treatment. Cynthia is very knowledgeable when it came to the process of buying our first house and is an incredibly hard worker. As a government worker being relocated I could be very demanding/panicked at times and Cynthia was calm and professional and always answered my questions no matter the time of day. Cynthia helped me find my first home, with the help of her co-worker Tracy. They both did an amazing job! It was stressful finding a home in a tough market, but Cynthia guided me through the process with a positive attitude. She was very responsive and quick to arrange viewings.
